This chart shows cumulative monthly rainfall for Steens Rd, Boho South, since 1999. For a regional perspective on rainfall and catchment hydrology, including groundwater levels, click here.

In 2010 Boho South had 1640 mm of rainfall; long-term average for nearby Strathbogie North is about 1100 mm. This year’s rainfall has broken our decade-long drought and its easily the wettest year since 1983 (another wet year that broke a serious drought) and one of the half-dozen wettest years on record (ca. 1880). View rainfall records for the Tableland Here. In contrast 2006 was probably the driest year on record, with only 420 mm of rain falling!
